They are so stupid right ? How come the driver couldnt see the little girl . And obviously stupid when nobody concern on what happen to the girl . I'm sure non of them blind . There are 18 ppls pass by the little girl . I repeat , 18 PEOPLES PASS BY THE GIRL . And 2 vehicle pass ON the girl.
